Sports Weather Network (“the site,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Planet Dynamic Networks LLC. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it's used, and who else sees it. If you have questions, contact us at planetdynamicnetworks@outlook.com.
When you search a city or use “Use My Location,” your browser sends that location directly to public weather and mapping services (listed below) to fetch current conditions, radar, alerts, and forecasts. We don't log or keep your location history — each request happens live, in your browser, for that page view only. If you subscribe to the daily email, the location shown on the page at that moment is stored with your subscription so we can send the right forecast.
If you subscribe to “Weather Today by Email,” the form asks for: your name, email address, ZIP or postal code, state or region, your three favorite teams, and whether you gamble on sports online. We store this together as your subscriber profile. We use it to:
Emails are sent from planetdynamicnetworks@outlook.com. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any briefing email; your address is removed from future daily sends immediately.
The signup form has a second, separate checkbox asking whether it's also OK to send you occasional emails from ad partners. This is never required to get the daily weather briefing — it's an independent choice. If you check it, we may share your subscriber profile with those partners for that purpose. If you leave it unchecked, or later change your mind, we do not share your data for this purpose. Use Do Not Sell My Data to opt out (or confirm you're already opted out) at any time, whether or not you're a current subscriber.
We do not sell your data to anyone, under any circumstance.
Once a week, a table of current subscriber profiles is emailed internally to planetdynamicnetworks@outlook.com for record-keeping and to track opt-outs. This is an internal operational report, not a third-party disclosure.
If you email us through any “Contact Us” link, we receive whatever you choose to include in that email (your address, name, and message). We use it only to respond to your inquiry.
This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics services. We don't build a profile of you or track you across other websites. Choices such as °F/°C are kept only in the page's memory for your visit.
To provide weather, radar, mapping, and schedule features, your browser communicates directly with the public services below when you use the site. Like any website you visit, each of them can see your IP address and operates under its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review if you have concerns:

The short version: we don't sell your data, ever, to anyone. What we do have is one optional setting — occasional emails from ad partners — that's separate from the daily weather email and off by default unless you checked it. This form lets you turn that off (or confirm it's already off), whether or not you're a current subscriber.
When you sign up for the daily weather email on Sports Weather Network, the form asks for your name, email address, ZIP or postal code, state or region, your three favorite teams, and whether you gamble on sports online. There are two separate consent checkboxes on that form:
Submitting the form below permanently clears that second consent for the email address you enter, and logs the request so it's honored even if you sign up again later and accidentally leave the ad-partner box checked.
Enter the email address you signed up with (or any address, if you just want to make sure it's never shared).
This does not unsubscribe you from the daily weather email — that has its own unsubscribe link in every briefing.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, under any circumstance, regardless of what you choose above. There is no “sale” of data happening on this site to opt out of in the first place — this form exists so the choice about ad-partner emails is explicit and easy to reverse, not because we're compensated for sharing your information.
You can also email planetdynamicnetworks@outlook.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell” and the email address to opt out — we'll apply it manually the same way. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy.
